All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING Canada-wide for orders over $150 before tax.

Otherwise, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight of the albums purchased. Please note that some albums have 2xLP, 3xLP, and 4xLP, etc which have different weights and will therefore impact your total shipping costs.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges, taxes and fees. These will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hignnotes.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
