Queremos que esté completamente satisfecho con su compra. La Garantía High Notes le promete que, si no está satisfecho con su compra por cualquier motivo, con gusto le reembolsaremos o le daremos crédito en la tienda, tanto para discos sellados como usados. El cliente es responsable de los gastos de envío de la devolución.

Para solicitar una devolución, contáctenos en info@highnotes.ca dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción. Una vez recibida la devolución, le reembolsaremos el importe.

Los registros sellados deben devolverse sellados. Si se devuelven abiertos, se emitirá un crédito en la tienda.

Cambio de hardware o crédito por artículos sellados y sin abrir, o defectuosos, dentro de los 14 días con el recibo original. De lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo por reposición del 15%. Consulte con el personal para obtener más información. Venta final en artículos en liquidación.

El envío se calcula automáticamente al finalizar la compra. Este se basa en tu dirección de envío y el peso total de los álbumes adquiridos. Ten en cuenta que los álbumes de 2xLP, 3xLP y 4xLP tienen pesos diferentes, lo que afectará el costo total del envío.

La recogida local está disponible sin cargo en el área de Toronto.

2. Enter your customer account e-mail and password, then click SIGN IN.
3. Return to the Sip+Spin Rewards page by clicking SIP+SPIN REWARDS on the Main Menu.
4. Click REDEEM POINTS.
5. In the PAY WITH POINTS section, click REDEEM.
6. You can then use the “slider” bar to select the number of points you’d like to redeem for a discount code by simply left clicking-and-holding the slider and sliding it to the desired amount. When done, click APPLY NOW to generate the
   discount code.
7. Click APPLY NOW to add the discount code to your Shopping Cart. If you do NOT use the

Sip + Spin points expire after 90 days of inactivity. The expiration period will be activated from the last point activity, so members need to engage with points earning and redeeming activities to extend the expiration. After the expiry date, their points will automatically be reset to zero. As an example, let’s say a member has 500 points. During 90 days, if the member does not earn or redeem any points, they will lose all 500 points after the 90 days. On the other hand, if the member does ANY activity that affects their total points within a 90-day period, the expiry date will be extended by 90 days.

Therefore, any member can extend the expiry by 1) making any purchase whatsoever, 2) redeem points for a discount code for use on a current purchase, or 3) redeem points for a discount code for future purchase.

When points are redeemed, the member will receive a Discount Coupon Code that can be used both in-store or online. Once points are redeemed for a Loyalty Reward Discount Coupon Code, the Coupon Code needs to be used in-store or online within 90 days or it will expire.

Most of our customers appreciate our loyalty program which is rare for a vinyl record shop as well as for an independent coffee shop. Furthermore, most customers have remarked that the discount rate for the Sip+Spin Rewards program is relatively large, especially considering most vinyl record shops and most independent coffee shops offer no loyalty program whatsoever.

To make this program economically feasible for a small business in an extremely competitive, low-margin business, the points expiry is required.

If you spend a certain amount within a rolling 12-month period beginning on your enrollment date, you’ll become a VIP and will earn up to 2x bonus points for every dollar you spend.

VIP Tier Details

Annual VIP spend tiers are based on a 12-month rolling period that begin on a member’s enrollment date and resets on the earlier of either i) 12-months later or ii) when a new VIP spend tier is reached. If a member’s spend meets the entry requirement their VIP tier, they can maintain this tier for another 12 months.

If a member did not spend enough to maintain their existing VIP tier, they will be placed into the appropriate tier for which their progress meets the entry requirements.

For example, a new member begins on Aug 1 2025 and makes their first purchase on Oct 1 2025 for $4800, thereby entering GOLD tier. This means that they have until Sept 30 2026 to spend an additional $4800 to remain in the GOLD tier. On Sept 30 2026, they make their second purchase for only $800. This means that they will drop to BRONZE tier on Oct 1 2026.
