The Dundas store is too small-but rent isn't cheap so I get it. Might try the Mississauga location-hoping it's a bit bigger. Staff are great and friendly, Nice store.

The way this shop handled RSD was actually impressive. Sure, it's a tight space for a popular shopping event, and these small shops get screwed for allocations but just the way they handled the crazy's with professionalism and fairness. I actually witnessed a staff member turn down bribes and handle even threatening behavior with calm, professional and effective responses. This shop has proven on more than one occasion that they operate in a way that serves all customers equally and gives everyone a fair chance at a purchase.
