What is the "HIGH NOTES GUARANTEE" return policy?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase.  The High Notes Guarantee is a promise that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, we will gladly provide a refund or store credit for both sealed and used records. The customer is responsible for any shipping return costs. 

Please contact us at info@highnotes.ca to request a return within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund.

Sealed records must be returned sealed.  If it is returned opened, we will issue a store credit 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout using Canada Post's shipping calculator. This is based on your shipping address and total weight of the albums purchased.  Please note that 2xLP,3xLP, and 4xLP albums have different weights and will therefore impact your total shipping costs.

Local pickup is available in the Toronto area free-of-charge.

We offer free shipping Canada-wide for orders above $150 before tax.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 6pm on:

Sunday - Ships on Monday

Monday - Ships on Wednesday

Tuesday - Ships on Wednesday

Wednesday - Ships on Friday

Thursday - Ships on Friday

Friday - Ships on Saturday

Saturday - Ships on Monday

How does your free Canada-wide shipping option work?

We offer free shipping for orders above $150 before tax within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Simply select this option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the following:

- Canada

- United States

- United Kingdom

- Rest of Europe (excluding Ukraine)

Will I be charged any customs charges, taxes, and fees if I am accepting delivery outside of Canada?

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges, taxes and fees. These will be the responsibility of the buyer. These will be automatically calculated based on the country of import and the amount of the order. It will be charged to the buyer upon checkout.

How do you grade your records?

High Notes takes vinyl grading seriously. We grade our records using the Discogs guidelines found here:

How do I sell my vinyl collection to High Notes?

Please send us an email at info@highnotes.ca. The more info you can provide the better: artist, album, condition, total records, etc.

Record Care

Please note that all records sold on our website are cleaned with a spin-clean record washer.  Brand new inner and outer sleeves are provided for all records above $20.  When records are shipped, the records are shipped outside of the cover to help prevent ring wear

Coffee

Do you sell coffee beans?

At this time we do not sell coffee beans.

When will your brick and mortar coffee & vinyl shop be open?

At this time there is no confirmed date.  We will be sure to announce when our shop will open once we have the date finalized.  Thank you for your continued patience
