Ich habe vor 2 Wochen in dem Shop eine 3 fach Vinyl bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Nun habe ich heute eine E Mail von DHL erhalten, daß das Paket am Montag zugeszellt werden soll und ich soll noch über 16 Euro Zoll bezahlen.
Ich werde natürlich das Paket nicht annehmen, da es aus den Niederlanden versendet wurde und da KEINE Zollgebühren verlangt werden! Nie wieder werde ich in diesem Shop etwas bestellen!

Dieses Produkt wurde nicht aus den Niederlanden versendet. Es wurde aus Kanada versendet und passierte auf dem Weg zu Ihrer Adresse (die Sie in der Sendungsverfolgung sehen konnten, die Ihnen zuvor per E-Mail zugesandt wurde) die Niederlande. Unsere Versandrichtlinien (die auf unserer Checkout-Seite einsehbar sind und denen Sie zustimmen müssen, um Ihre Bestellung abzuschließen) besagen ausdrücklich, dass Sendungen außerhalb Kanadas Zollgebühren, Steuern und Abgaben unterliegen können. Diese gehen zu Lasten des Käufers. Zollgebühren, Steuern und Abgaben liegen nicht im Einflussbereich von High Notes oder anderen Einzelhändlern, sondern im Einflussbereich des Empfängerlandes.
Und schließlich gab der von Ihnen gewählte Versanddienstleister eine Lieferzeit von 8–12 Werktagen an. Ihre Bestellung wurde am 12. Oktober 2025 aufgegeben. Angesichts des Bestelldatums und unserer Versandrichtlinien würde dies zu einem Liefertermin vom 27.–29. Oktober führen, der also noch in der Zukunft liegt.
Der Versandverlauf zeigt, dass sich das Paket am 25. Oktober 2025 im Sortierzentrum des Ziellandes befindet.
Sollte Ihr Paket bis zum 29. Oktober 2025 nicht eingetroffen sein, kümmern wir uns gerne um die Behebung.

This product did not ship from The Netherlands. This product shipped from Canada and passed through The Netherlands while in transit to your address (which was visible to you on the tracking history which has been sent to you previously via email). Furthermore, our shipping policy (which is visible on our checkout page and which must be agreed to in order to complete your order) clearly states that 'shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges, taxes and fees. These will be the responsibility of the buyer.' Customs charges, taxes, and fees are not within the control of High Notes or quite frankly any other retailer, but rather that of the country of the recipient.
And lastly, the shipping service which you ordered indicated an 8-12 business day transit time. Your order was placed on October 12, 2025. Given the order placement date, and our shipment policy, this would result in a delivery date of October 27-29, which is still in the future.
The shipping history indicates that as of October 25, 2025, the package is at the desination country's sorting centre.
If your package has not arrived by October 29th, 2025 we will glady make things right for you.
High nots is a fantastic record store, staff are very friendly and helpful. Record selection is great. Lots of used jems. Will definitely be stopping by for more vinyl
Received slightly warped new vinyl. Replacement was fast and service was great! Highly recommend to any vinyl collector !
Sehr lange Lieferzeit! Paket liegt schon seit 4 Tagen in Holland rum, obwohl die Ware längst bezahlt wurde!
Amazing Space. Can get lost in there for hours. The staff and management are awesome human beings. Never a dull convo (I don’t talk to much people). Helene and Nicola make the visits priceless. Looking for a nice beverage or nice fresh baked goods. With the option to dig for records. Priceless. Go Visit
Great little cafe and record shop! Awesome staff and one of the few record stores left with a listening station. I’ve had some great finds over the years, culminating in yesterday’s grip of one of my all time grails. Recommend!
