Notes:

First Canadian issue with the appearance of the album “[r=12308959” on the front cover airbrushed out due to potential copyright issues.  Unlike later issues, the Harvest logo and the "Special Buy! Contains Two Complete LPs" language on the front cover is absent. Some issues came in a loose plastic wrap that allowed the gatefold to be opened.

Front Cover: On the top right seam is a small black circle that is divided into two halves, indicating that this is a stereo release.  This circle may not appear positioned correctly on some copies due to manufacturing variations.
